Hey!

I teach to encourage personal transformation, and share the tools and techniques that have powerfully impacted my life. I believe in movement's ability to create change, instill power, and make people happy.

Over the years, i've come to own my teaching and movement practices. I teach what I know in hopes that it will have the same impact on others. But I am an eager student who is continuously learning in order to keep it fresh and fun.

Barre

Barre is a rhythm based, whole body workout created from a hybrid of pilates, yoga, ballet inspired moves, and core strengthening. This high-rep, low weight workout is created to support not only strong bodies, but also strong minds.

Yoga

Yoga is an embodiment practice. This class will allow you to gain insight into oneself through breath-work and movement. Through creative flows you will learn tools and techniques to find your fit in poses and elevate your function in order to live a joyful life on and off your mat.

Private Sessions & Mentorships

Privates are perfect for those wanting personal attention in their practice. All levels of practice are encouraged and welcome. Develop the tools and techniques to gain new insight from a different perspective.

Teachers wanting to use this time for mentorships should consider what our focus will be. Examples: class creation, queuing, prop integration, and teaching refinement.
