On Demand Classes

There is something for everyone here. With a great mix of barre and yoga classes, you will always find a great workout to do.

Classes can be viewed by signing up for our On Demand plan, or by "dropping" into a single class below by clicking on the one you're interested in. All drop in classes (excluding workshops) are $5 (for express 15 minute classes) and $10 (for all other classes), and are available to you to use through this website for 48 hours.
